Brett Drogmund
Brett is the driving force behind California SMASH, Pickleball & Social Club, a first-of-its-kind indoor pickleball and social venue in El Segundo. With a keen eye for design, hospitality, and community engagement, he is redefining how people experience sports and social entertainment. Drawing from his background at Walt Disney Feature Animation, where he learned the art of storytelling and immersive world-building, Brett infuses California SMASH with a sense of narrative and experience-driven design. California SMASH is not just a club — it’s a vibrant destination that merges premium courts, a dynamic social atmosphere, and world-class amenities, setting a new standard for the sport’s future.


Scott Doerner
Scott Doerner is a racquet sports aficionado with a passion for excellence. Scott’s tennis career took him from being the number one-ranked junior from Australia to a 2-time All-American at Pepperdine, where he captained the NCAA National Championship-winning team in 2006.


Mark Bloom
Mark is a seasoned trial attorney, having become a member of the State Bar Association of California, since the age of 23. When Mark is not facing off in a Courtroom, he can find him on any racquet court. As a member of Le Consortium du Racquetiste, Mark uses his background as a multiple time State, Regional, National and World Champion in racquetball to show folks his childhood nickname of “Marky Racquethands.” It’s been shown in the sports of squash, tennis, pickleball and Padel, where Mark has competed in the sports even internationally.


Jeff Mori
With nearly two decades in the restaurant and bar industry, Jeff specializes in transforming empty spaces into thriving social hubs. From crafting unforgettable hospitality experiences to building a strong community of regulars, he knows how to create the perfect atmosphere where everyone feels at home. As Head of Food & Beverage at California Smash, Jeff is excited to bring his expertise to serve both the South Bay’s pickleball players and the greater community alike—whether you're coming off the courts or just stopping by for a great meal and a welcoming scene.


Marcellus Wiley
Marcellus Wiley, a former NFL standout with the San Diego Chargers, Buffalo Bills, and Dallas Cowboys, has seamlessly transitioned from the gridiron to the media world as a prominent ESPN and FOX commentator. Now, Marcellus is excited to embark on his newest venture as a partner at California SMASH, the premier indoor pickleball and social club. He will be heading up the SMASH Studio, a state-of-the-art podcast studio located within California SMASH.


Megan Antonelli
Megan Antonelli serves as Head of Events and Experience at California SMASH, bringing over two decades of event expertise to the premier pickleball destination. As owner and manager of Purpose Events for fifteen years, she's orchestrated exceptional experiences for prestigious clients, including Google, Microsoft, Amazon, and The American Heart Association. Her successful background in corporate event planning, combined with her enthusiasm for health and pickleball, allows her to craft meaningful experiences that authentically capture California's vibrant lifestyle. When not designing unforgettable celebrations at California SMASH, Megan enjoys life with her husband, two boys, and two doodles – living the South Bay dream.


Marc Moulton
Marc brings global perspective and entrepreneurial energy to the board of California SMASH. A seasoned world traveler and passionate explorer, Marc has invested in and managed multiple successful ventures across the medical and tech industries. His experience building startups from the ground up, combined with his love for community and innovation, makes him a vital force behind the scenes at SMASH. And if there’s music playing, clear the floor—because Marc’s been known to bust a groove so hard, even the DJ needs a timeout.


Andrew Wiese
Andrew brings nearly two decades of digital marketing and brand-building expertise to the board of California Smash, having held key roles at leading companies such as Beats by Dre, Apple, eBay, Sony, and Magic Leap. A proud UCLA alum, he now calls El Segundo home, where he lives with his wife and two sons. Andrew thrives where culture and sports meet—he's a lifelong soccer player, a committed youth coach, and, most recently, a slightly obsessed pickleball convert.
